There is great emphasis on nature inspired tranquility to allow the user to have an immersive connection with outdoors. Full height retractable glass panels of the Living Hall provides maximum view and daylight. It also has higher spaces than the rest of the house which is based on the idea of a villa. To escape tropical heat, water features and koi ponds are strategically placed along corridors and outdoor deck, sufficient window openings to encourage cross ventilation, and also heat insulated roofs to aid in cooling the house. Natural Materials such as stone cladded wall, marble floor, timber, and clay roof tiles are carefully selected to not only serve visually, but also for comfort and environment friendliness.
